REGISTRATION Registration is open to invited NABA members' cities. To register your team, your team roster and player registrations must be submitted by indicated deadlines. Registration forms are provided to each city member and 3 photos of players should be submitted by June 15, 2007. Team Roster -

Download form All participants - players, coaches, coordinators, and trainers must sign a Waiver of Liability Form. This agreement absolves the NABA Toronto Host Committee, the entire NABA organization venues, and sponsors of any liability in case of injury, death and loss or damage of personal property during the tournament.
