DEADLINES, FEES and IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Each City Director, City Coordinators or Representative must report to the Accreditation & Screening Committee in the registration room with all the players upon arrival on Friday, August 31, 2007 to present their players’ proof of eligibility.
As per the NABA Commissioner’s instructions, only the following documents will be accepted as proof of eligibility:
- Passport (Canadian, American, Philippines) ORIGINALS ONLY
- Canadian or American Driver’s License with photo and date of birth or
- Canadian or American Citizenship with photo and date of birth or
- U.S. Alien Registration card (Green card) or
- Canadian or American Medicare card with photo and date of birth.
Players whose Filipino ancestry is questionable must present original birth certificate.
Any player found to be in violation of the rules and regulations will be automatically disqualified. All the games the player has participated in will be declared as forfeited.
Coaches and assistant coaches of each team should submit the official form with 3 photos by June 15, 2007.
Players should submit the official Registration Forms with 3 photos by June 15, 2007.
Candidates or participants for Search for Miss NABA 2007 should submit the entry form and a whole body picture to on or before June 30, 2007:

Game venues are located at the University of Toronto Mississauga Wellness and Recreation Centre gymnasium and various City of Mississauga Parks and Recreation Community Centres' gymnasiums:

These facilities are all located in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area Ontario within a 15 kilometers radius of each other.
The US$400.00 seed money is due on June 30, 2007.
Make your hotel reservations on or before July 31, 2007.
Deadline for submission of registration forms and team roster is June 15, 2007.
Make all payments on or before July 31, 2007.
